Position : HR Executive with a Focus on Recruitment

Experience required : 1.5 - 2.5 Years

Location : On-site Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, design, SEO, and creative roles
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews using job portals and LinkedIn
• Coordinate with team leads and hiring managers for feedback and shortlisting
• Prepare offer letters and manage the complete onboarding workflow
• Build and maintain a ready talent pipeline for future roles
