We are hiring a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our South India operations for Condition Monitoring and Industrial Reliability Solutions. The role demands deep technical understanding, strong industry relationships, and the ability to drive significant, sustainable revenue growth across manufacturing sectors.
Role Objective
Take complete ownership of the South India region, expand our market presence in condition monitoring products, and accelerate revenue by strategically engaging with manufacturing plants, OEMs, EPCs, and reliability teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of condition monitoring products and reliability solutions across major industrial sectors.
- Leverage existing relationships with manufacturing facilities, plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement leaders.
- Identify high-potential accounts and build strong, ongoing customer engagement.
- Lead the regional sales team with a performance-driven approach.
- Own regional sales forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and revenue delivery.
- Conduct technical discussions, solution presentations, and on-site evaluations with clients.
- Collaborate with product, service, and leadership teams for effective execution and customer satisfaction.
- Expand distributor / partner network and strengthen channel performance.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in industrial reliability and predictive maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
7–15 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, lubrication systems, instrumentation, or industrial automation.Strong understanding of machinery such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbines, compressors, and rotating equipment.Established connections in manufacturing plants across South India (automotive, steel, cement, pharma, food, textile, chemical, power, etc.).Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, business-driven manner.Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets and scaling regional business.Strong negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently.Ideal Candidate Mindset
