Senior Proposal Writer

Role Overview :

The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality business proposals that align with Hack2skill’s offerings. This role requires someone who can understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure proposals effectively communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.

What You’ll Do :

As a full-time Proposal Writer, you will :

Lead the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customised solutions and offerings.

Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for hackathons, innovation programs, and talent engagement initiatives.

Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.

Maintain a proposal content library for faster turnaround.

Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.

You Should Have :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in proposal management.

Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva / PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
