Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping :  Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Invoice & Payment Processing :  Receive, process, and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Financial Statement Preparation :  Assist in preparing key financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation :  Reconcile general ledgers and various accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.
• Budgeting & Forecasting :  Support the creation of budgets and financial forecasts, and track performance against them.
• Compliance :  Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, particularly regarding deducted and collected taxes like TDS and GST.
• Audit Support :  Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Cost Analysis :  Help in analyzing cost reduction action items and expenses across different departments.
