Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Mechanical Revit Modeller .

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed mechanical building services models and drawings for UK-based projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with British Standards and UK regulations.

Key responsibilities include producing and managing 3D Revit models for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, coordinating with electrical and public health disciplines, and ensuring that all designs meet project specifications and sustainability requirements. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across different locations, including UK-based engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Mechanical Building Services Modelling for UK-based commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks , and other relevant BIM tools
• Strong understanding of UK standards , building regulations , and BREEAM requirements
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, ductwork, and plant room layouts
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and producing construction-level drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain model and drawing quality
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a building services consultancy environment working on UK projects is essential
