Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager - Collections Contact Center located in Bengaluru. The Quality Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections contact center to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, implementing quality improvement programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing regular training and feedback to staff. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.

Experience in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and contact center management
