Job Description :

• Work closely with team members to support their use of the platform to deliver complete solutions to customers
• Participate in all phases of an agile development cycle – plan, design, implement, review, test, deploy, document, and training
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Strive to make continuous improvement
• Architect highly scalable, highly available systems with minimal guidance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design.
• Mentor junior engineers on design, coding and troubleshooting.
• Practice and advocate Agile processes in the team
