Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Jaipur and surrounding regions.

The role requires a strong leader who can build, manage, and inspire sales teams, design effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across rural and urban segments.
• Conduct market research to track competition, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and trust.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and ethical lending practices.
