About this project
You will join an international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector
Your main mission will be to support Order Management processes in ServiceNow , acting as the functional reference for data quality, migration, and process optimization . The team is distributed across Europe, India, and Vietnam, and you will work closely with SMEs, architects, and offshore developers.
The project includes :
⚡ Supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow
Defining and validating functional mappings and migration strategies
Ensuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
Collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices
️ What you’ll do day-to-day
Act as the functional point of reference for the team in all data-related aspects of Order Management
Collaborate with SMEs to understand the current data model and define functional mappings
Define and validate data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Ensure the quality and consistency of migrated data , proposing improvements and best practices
Document functional processes and create reference guides for the development team
Monitor solution quality and correct usage of key OM data objects
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the development team
What we’re looking for
Education :
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
Experience :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Order Management projects
Strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes
Experience with large-scale data migration (ETL) and data quality validation
Working with internationally distributed teams (India / Vietnam)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Must-have skills :
Functional mapping and definition of transformation rules
Ability to work with large volumes of data and understand functional implications
Experience in monitoring and ensuring data quality in OM processes
Nice-to-have skills :
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow OM data model
Data governance and data quality management experience
Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Experience advising on best practices for ServiceNow OM data usage
Familiarity with ETL tools and data architecture
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and functional documentation skills ✍️
Analytical mindset and ability to propose improvements
Detail-oriented and proactive in preventing migration or data issues
Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) environments
