Manager - Safety

To implement and monitor safety initiatives as Corporate Safety Lead across PAPL plants

Profile :

a. Timely review / monitor of Safety & Fire Safety implementation at all the plants, ware houses & Head office

b. Developing Safety Improvement Plan (SIP) to improve the Group Safety performance in consultation with Corporate EHS Head and coordinating with Plants.

c. Driving Safety culture improvement by designing and driving Safety training programs at group level and cascade to plants.

d. Develop / revise Corporate Safety Procedures and ensure the implementation of Safety Standards across the group as per Corporate Policies & Procedures

e. Ensuring Safety practices implementation & monitoring across the group as per Corporate Policies & legal requirements

f. Ensure & review periodical safety and fire safety audits at all the locations.

g. Ensuring periodical review and audit implemented Safety standards across the locations.

h. Driving the Fire Safety Projects as per the regulatory requirements and ensuring for the timely completion.

i. Ensure & review Incident investigations as per procedures, ensuring development of holistic CAPAs

j. Review and monitor the EHS CAPA progress until the closure of the CAPA and sustenance.

k. Monitoring and ensuring legal register, compliances & practices in group factories and locations.

l. Ensuring timely regulatory applications for locations as per legal requirements.

Should have experience in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 management systems implementation, NBC code, Fire Safety Audits

Any Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Environment/ Fire Safety / Safety) or Post Graduate in Science or Engineering with regular Diploma or Post Diploma or NEBOSH certification in Industrial or Fire Safety
