Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience or interest in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Martech is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into actionable product insights. Comfort working with product tools, analytics platforms, and project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A proactive “go-getter” mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn. Curiosity to explore user challenges and contribute fresh ideas. Ability to collaborate across departments and drive ownership for assigned tasks. An understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator platforms, and brand requirements is a bonus. Someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our team at ViralPitch. In this role, you will help shape and grow our influencer marketing platform by supporting product development, improving user experience, and driving innovation.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to transform ideas into high-impact product features that deliver value to brands and creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to execution.
- Gather, understand, and prioritize product and user requirements.
- Support in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver seamless product updates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the influencer marketing space.
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and data to drive decision-making.
- Ensure products meet business goals, enhance user satisfaction, and drive platform growth.
- Help maintain clear documentation, feature specs, and project timelines.
