Associate General Manager - Supply Chain

and Contract Management :

• Identify, evaluate, and manage high-impact suppliers to ensure strong partnerships, consistent quality, and on-time delivery for complex engineering and capital projects.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, covering commercial terms, pricing structures, service-level agreements, and risk-mitigation provisions.
• Establish and maintain supplier-risk management frameworks, including contingency planning, performance monitoring, and proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide contractual support in collaboration with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts are developed, reviewed, and executed in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
