We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage and oversee backend operations at our Bhopal center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, team efficiency, and operational accuracy while driving process improvements and aligning with organizational Lead and supervise the backend support team to ensure timely and error-free execution of operational tasks
- Monitor, review, and allocate workloads to team members for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Academics, Sales, HR, Tech) to resolve queries and backend escalations.
- Develop and implement SOPs for backend operations to ensure consistency.
- Track performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and present insights to management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and audit requirements.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Act as the escalation point for complex backend Education : Graduate in any stream (MBA / Operations Management preferred).
- Experience : 2-4 years in backend operations, with at least 12 years in a team lead / supervisory role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP / CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech / Service Operations will be an advantage.
