Senior Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end merchandising for men’s woven garments.

Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution.

Review tech packs, samples, and approvals to ensure buyer requirements are met.

Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and shipment schedules.

Negotiate costs and ensure price, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.

Maintain strong buyer relationships and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements :

Graduate in Textile / Fashion / Apparel or related field.

5–8 years of experience in garment merchandising (men’s woven garments preferred).

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing, and production processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
