So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist DevOps Engineer to join our Copilot for Agents team. This role demands an expert in AWS infrastructure , Python-based automation , and Jenkins pipelines , with deep experience in building and managing scalable, cost-efficient cloud environments. You will take complete ownership of our AWS CDK (Python) -based infrastructure and CI / CD systems, ensuring speed, reliability, and performance across environments.

How will you make an impact?

• Own and manage AWS infrastructure end-to-end, deployed using AWS CDK (Python) and cloud formation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins , ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS environments using services like (but not limited to) EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, ElastiCache, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.
• Identify and implement infrastructure cost optimization strategies and auto-scaling policies.
• Write, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (Python).
• Drive monitoring, alerting, and observability initiatives using CloudWatch and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to support high-quality releases and faster deployments.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and environment troubleshooting.
