Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist who can design, configure, and deliver robust ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze requirements , design workflows, and implement secure, scalable systems that drive operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform , ensuring secure application operations and effective exception handling.
- Design data models, workflows, and access control structures to support solution implementation.
- Analyze business requirements, define epics and user stories , and create UI mock-ups to drive project success.
- Lead end-to-end solution design — from workflow configurations to deployment in higher environments.
- Provide training and support for teams on complex system configurations.
- Conduct code reviews , adopt ServiceNow best practices, and guide teams through technical challenges.
- Support pre-sales activities with domain expertise and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and technological constraints .

Must-Have Skills :
5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with modules like IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM .Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, web services , and integrations.Hands-on experience with :Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer.Migration and deployment processes.Proven experience delivering 2–3 full lifecycle projects , from requirement gathering to go-live.Strong ability to define epics, user stories , and create UI mock-ups.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform management (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting).Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills .Mandatory Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.Good-to-Have Skills :
Implementation experience in IRM or Security Operations Modules (Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk Management, etc.).Experience with ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB .Additional certifications such as :ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)CIS - Risk & ComplianceCIS - Security Incident ResponseCIS - Third-Party Risk ManagementCIS - Vulnerability ResponseFamiliarity with GRC technologies such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.
