Job descriptionConfigure, customize, and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows. Align business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) with system capabilities. Support Finance & Accounting operations and monthly close activities. Oversee integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain sync accuracy. Build reports and dashboards for finance, ops, and leadership. Conduct UAT, user training, and maintain SOPs. Ensure governance, role security, and audit readiness. Lead or support system enhancements and version upgrades.
Remote (PST Hours) | Experience : 3+ Years
Requirements
- Degree or experience in Accounting / Finance; NetSuite Functional Analyst certification preferred.
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, CRM).
- Strong in system configuration, workflows, SuiteBuilder / SuiteFlow, and business process mapping.
- Knowledge of Multi-Book Accounting, Tax setups (Avalara), and financial reporting.
- Familiar with integrations (Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).
- Proficient in Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards, and data management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
