Experience : 3 to 6 years

Language : Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Compensation : Up to 30k + On Target Earnings (Based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with deep experience in cold email outreach, prospecting, and outbound systems. This is not a general marketing role.

This role requires someone who can build outbound campaigns from scratch, including data sourcing, writing outbound sequences, managing deliverability, and consistently generating qualified leads / appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Email Strategy & Execution

• Build complete cold outreach systems from the ground up
• (ICP research → list building → message crafting → deliverability setup → reporting).
• Write high-converting, personalised outbound email sequences (intro emails, follow-ups, break-ups).
• Perform inbox / domain warm-ups, deliverability checks, and maintain healthy sender scores.
• Continuously A / B test subject lines, email copy, sending volume, send times, and CTAs.
