Key responsibilities

Project oversight : Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, design specifications, and quality standards.

Technical guidance : Provide technical advice, check drawings for accuracy, and ensure the correct implementation of designs on-site.

Safety and compliance : Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Coordination : Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Resource management : Oversee the selection and requisition of materials, manage the site labor force, and ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule.

Problem-solving : Identify and resolve technical difficulties that arise during construction.

Reporting : Prepare and submit site reports, log progress, and maintain all necessary project documentation.
