Role - Full Stack Engineer

Experience - 4-6 Years

Location - Hyderabad

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient across the stack but leans heavily towards front-end development. You will be a key player in designing and building our next-generation web applications, translating complex requirements into beautiful, functional, and scalable solutions.

What you'll do at Nice :

Collaborate with other engineers, designer, product manager, and users
Design, develop, test, maintain robust software in an agile, continuous delivery environment
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets or exceeds coding best practices, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines
Mentor and learn from teammates
Research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies
Respond to support issues during business hours

What you’ve done before :

Experience developing high-quality, secure, user-friendly interfaces

Have demonstrably high proficiency in at least one or more of the following programming languages / library frameworks : Kotlin, Python, Postgres, Redis, Spring, React, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js

Experience with unit and integration testing, and writing modular, testable code

Empathy, a mindful collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and a desire to influence the software being built
