Job Title : Salesforce QA

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Employment Type : Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with proven experience in testing Salesforce implementations, specifically across CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud modules . This role requires a strong understanding of Agile practices, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality testing outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and connected applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners during Agile ceremonies to refine requirements and validate solutions.
Identify, document, and manage defects using industry-standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in line with project deadlines.
Provide clear testing status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of QA experience with the Salesforce platform.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud testing.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and time-sensitive environment.
