Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, guidelines, and processes to ensure a smooth and efficient ERP rollout.
• Lead and manage ERP projects of varying sizes, handling complete end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Build clear, structured project plans outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee scope management, risk assessment, budgeting, and overall project governance to ensure successful and timely execution.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and project presentations for stakeholders.
• Create test plans, run test scenarios, validate datasets, and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, including effective coordination and communication across teams.
• Ensure the ERP system is tailored and configured to meet specific business workflows and operational requirements.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and progress trackers to ensure alignment with established timelines.
• Manage database creation, data collection, analysis, and the development of reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Acumatica ERP for configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
