Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of architectural and interior projects, preparing and managing submittals, ensuring compliance with LEED standards, and utilizing various software to detail works that are under his / her supervision . Daily tasks include project management, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to. The role also involves providing guidance and leadership to the project team to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture, Drawing detailing, 3D modeling and Project presentations.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
