Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Brand Strategy : Architect of brand and marketing strategy.
• Create and run the main plan for the company's brand and marketing.
• Lead Digital & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Oversee all digital marketing channels and lead targeted ABM campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Spearhead Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Launches : Design and implement effective GTM strategies for new products and market expansions, ensuring a successful launch and market adoption.
• Manage High-Impact Events : Plan and execute major events and exhibitions to build brand presence, generate lead.
• Craft the Brand Narrative : Define and communicate a compelling product story and clear value proposition that resonates with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and GTM execution
• Proven track record in building and scaling brands across multiple channels.
• Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
