Job description

Job Summary :

We are hiring a .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, Angular (8+), and AWS Cloud . The ideal candidate should have 711 years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications. This is a hybrid role requiring strong hands-on development skills, team collaboration, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework , C# , and Angular .
  • Lead full-stack development efforts including UI / UX, middleware, and backend services.
  • Implement RESTful APIs , microservices architecture, and AWS cloud-based solutions .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI / UX designers, and QA engineers.
  • Drive technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills :

  • .NET Core / .NET Framework , C# , and VB.NET .
  • Angular 8+ with strong front-end development experience.
  • AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of API development , object-oriented design , and software architecture .
  • Experience in SQL Server , REST APIs , and web application security .
  • Good knowledge of Git , CI / CD pipelines , and DevOps processes.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers effectively.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • AWS Certification (Developer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes is an added advantage.
