Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, Kerala for an Executive - Schemes (ESIC, ECHS, CGHS) at VPS Lakeshore Hospital. The Executive will manage and coordinate employee and patient-related schemes, including ESIC, ECHS, and CGHS. They will ensure compliance with all scheme guidelines and regulatory requirements, liaise with government authorities and internal departments to facilitate approvals and reimbursements, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and efficiently resolve any scheme-related queries.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (preferably in Healthcare Administration / Management).
• 1–3 years of experience handling ESIC, ECHS, or CGHS schemes in a hospital or healthcare setup.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the local language
• Customer service skills with a patient-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
