Responsibilities :

Lead and guide a team of developers in building software using Spring Boot, Python, and Java.
Review code, share feedback, and help the team follow best coding practices.
Work with other teams to understand needs, design solutions, and deliver projects on schedule.
Solve technical issues, find root causes, and provide effective fixes.
Keep up with the latest tech trends to bring new ideas and improvements.

Qualifications :

Strong experience in Spring Boot, Python, and Java application development.

Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems.

Understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.

Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and communicating clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Familiarity with cloud services, DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.
