PSG is working exclusively with a mining company based in West Perth to recruit a part-time Accounts Payable Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AP professional seeking flexibility, with the role offered on a 3 day per week basis (Fridays included)

Role Requirements :

  • Relevant hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable (essential)
  • Experience with MYOB Advanced / Acumatica or other ERP systems (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Job Description :

  • Process, code, review, and verify invoices and staff expenses
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Create and maintain supplier records
  • Prepare and release weekly payment runs
  • Respond to AP and purchase order queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliation
  • Support the finance team with month-end tasks
  • Assist with general admin tasks, including answering phones and ordering office supplies
