Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to assist customers with queries or concerns
Deliver
clear, helpful, and courteous communication
on every call
Follow
call scripts and SOPs
for consistent customer service
Accurately
document call outcomes and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is required
Maintain
high levels of customer satisfaction, call quality and responsiveness
Meet daily targets for
call handling time, quality and resolution rates
Requirements
Excellent
spoken English and comprehension skills is a must
Minimum
1-2 years of BPO voice support experience
Experience with
US / UK-based clients
is a plus
Clear and professional
telephone etiquette
Typing speed of
45+ WPM
with accuracy (for call documentation)
Own
laptop / desktop with webcam and Windows 11
Reliable
internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps)
Comfortable working
night shifts (US time zones)
