Role : Service Delivery Automation

Exp : 8to 12 years

Location : Bangalore

Venue : L-Center, Vydehi RC-1 Block, EPIP Industrial Area, 82, 6th Rd, KIADB Export Promotion Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka .

JD :

As a member of the Software Delivery Automation team, you will report into the SDA Lead, and be responsible for various SCCM, Intune, and Munki activities. Specifically, in this role you will :

Create deployments (target packages and applications) in SCCM, Intune, and Munki based on requests from deployment and transition managers

Create collections and groups in SCCM and Intune

Monitor package replication status and overall health of SCCM and Intune deployments

Run various reports from SCCM and Intune

Run regular cleanup tasks in SCCM and Intune

Publish software in Windows and Mac stores

Work closely with Product Managers, Service Owners, Deployment Managers, Transition Managers, and other deployment-specific stakeholders

Identify deployment failures and work with the appropriate team(s) (e.g. Packaging team, Product Manager, Service Desk) to address and remediate

Provide operational support for Autopilot and application bundles

Monitor health of SCCM and Intune environments and work closely with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and remediate problems within those environments
