Operation manager - Marine claims

Client looking for Ops Manager

Logistics

• Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping / Marine Insurance)
• Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates
• Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients
• Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs
• Attend process level meetings i.e client facing.
• Support Management with insights on the process / domain decisions.
• Bachelor's degree
• Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.(Preferred)
• A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage
• Experience of 10-12 years including BPM environment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
