Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables
- Assist in the planning and coordination of EPC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project expenditures and costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders on progress and milestones.
- Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with respective PMs.
- Organize kick-off meetings with client to communicate project expectations prior to execution.
- Develop detailed project schedules for tracking the scope, cost, and time of the work orders.
- Manage Internal stakeholders (Interdepartmental), external (Clients & Contractors, Suppliers) stakeholders related to project.
- Ensuring completion certificate from customer and close the project.
- Support project closeout activities, including documentation, final inspections, and client handover.
- Complete Execution of the Project in ERP / (Initiation of Project in ERP till deliveries and E&C)
