About the team Careem Quik (Groceries vertical) is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to play a critical role in driving data-informed growth across the business. You’ll partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams to uncover insights, optimize acquisition and retention funnels, and identify new opportunities for scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and strategy and loves turning complex data into clear business actions that move the needle.
What you'll do :
- Own growth analytics end-to-end : from data extraction and modeling to insight generation and presentation.
- Design and analyze A / B tests, funnel experiments, and growth initiatives across user acquisition, activation & retention.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for internal teams to track key growth KPIs (User segmentation, User PnL, CAC, CPIO, LTV, ROAS, churn, etc.).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, Finance) to improve campaign measurement and attribution.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle to identify levers for improving engagement and retention.
- Support forecasting and ROI modeling for growth investments.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making by ensuring teams have access to the right metrics, tracking, and insights.
What you'll need :
1–4 years of experience in analytics, growth, or data strategy (ideally in a B2C or B2B tech company).Strong command of SQL & G-sheet automation are a must. Python / R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode) knowledge is good to haveDeep understanding of growth metrics, marketing attribution, and experimentation frameworks.Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling and actionable recommendationsStrong business acumen and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
