Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning execution and delivery of IT projects within timelines and budgets.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Track project progress identify risks and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design Development QA) for smooth project execution.

Manage project documentation reports and communication .

Support in resource planning task allocation and ensuring adherence to processes.

Ensure client satisfaction by handling queries escalations and change requests effectively.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field.

1-2years of experience in project coordination or project management (IT preferred).

Strong communication and client-handling skills .

Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana).

Ability to multitask prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good to Have

Certification in Agile / Scrum / PMP .

Experience working in an IT services or software company .

Exposure to Agile methodologies .
