4. Design Solution for Real-time information transfer between multiple

5. Ensure secure information transfer between systems
6. Provide inputs to Technical Team on Coding Standards,
Development guidelines, Naming Conventions, etc.
7. Ensuring the team is current / updated with the changes wrt the
versions of the Application.
8. Conduct Periodic Reviews with the Team to provide necessary
support and ensure timely delivery.
9. Review and Approve Test Scripts.
10. Monitor processes to proactively identify Performance bottlenecks
and process risks – and manage implementation of appropriate
solutions
11. Manage escalations / conflicts
12. Co-Create / Co-invent Solutions with Business Teams
Digital : Bespoke Applications – API Management
1. Exploring Tools for API Management
2. Design APIs / Web Services to interface with other systems.
3. Managing the Analysis, Publishing and consumption of APIs
4. Managing API Lifecycle - Implement Appropriate framework and
processes for API Management.
5. Manage the Review of APIs to facilitate consolidation wherever
applicable (group APIs considering the parameters).
6. Ensure high availability
7. Manage Replication of APIs to address load, as and when required.
8. Ensuring zero-error, considering the criticality and implications.
9. Industry and Technical Forums : Participation in relevant (external)
forums and interaction with SMEs to understand the industry
happenings.

1. Scope and Technical priority for Bespoke projects, new features.
2. Ensure enhanced Customer Experience.
3. Ensure High Quality of Solutions and zero errors.
4. Explore Relevant technology solutions with vendors 5. Ensure adoption of Best Practices from across industry. 6. Manage POCs on digital solutions 7. Design, Implement and Review SLAs 8. Ensure Application Governance 9. Ensure Having compliance with DigITal policies 10. Ensure solutions doesn’t affect / impact other applications and modules 11. Ensure Adherence to DigITal audit processes 12. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements. 13. Exploring standard functionalities 14. Providing configurable solutions in order to manage scale the solutions horizontally and vertically 15. Ensure Strategic Development and Rollout Plan 16. Periodic review on the application and Framework assessment

1. Ideate and Innovate – with relevant technology tools
2. Drive Innovation Culture in the team
3. Ensure Training, participation in Innovation Programs, Seminars
4. Proactively Explore Innovative solutions for existing processes,
Conduct POC and implement solutions.
Digital : Bespoke Applications – People Management
1. Drive a performance driven culture in the team by reviewing
performance parameters and providing on-time feedback to the team
2. Ensure periodic follow-up with the recruitment team to fill the vacant
positions as per the time lines
3. Provide opportunities to the team to attend Seminars, Events –
Gartner, DEVOPS Channel, Microsoft Developer Forum, etc.,
4. Facilitate necessary and relevant Training.
5. Provide Training to Juniors
