Role Overview

We're looking for a smart, dependable professional to support the Revenue Head in managing sales operations, lead tracking, and follow-ups. The role needs someone who's strong with data, structured in execution, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setup.

Location - Charni Road, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Track daily patient leads, follow-ups, and conversion progress.

2. Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure leads are updated in real time.

3. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the sales team.

4. Coordinate between marketing, inside sales, and PRO teams to keep the lead pipeline active.

5. Analyze funnel data to highlight gaps, delays, or missed opportunities.

6. Assist in executing sales initiatives and performance 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or business operations (healthcare preferred).

2. Good with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable reading basic data.

3. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

4. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

5. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
