Responsibilities :
- Record-to-Report (R2R) : Strong experience in end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger (GL) management, Fixed Assets accounting, Intercompany reconciliations, and financial consolidation.
- Oracle Fusion Financials : Hands-on experience is required. The candidate should be able to manage financial transactions, perform reconciliations, generate reports, and automate processes within Oracle Fusion. Experience with modules like GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany is highly desirable.
Additional Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS accounting standards.Support internal and external audits, with SOX compliance exposure preferred.Drive process improvement and automation initiatives in the R2R cycle.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Skills Required
