About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcing / Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing of electronic and mechanical components for our product lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vendor identification, cost negotiation, supplier relationship management, and ensuring timely procurement of components from reliable partners across India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for electronic components (PCBs, sensors, batteries, ICs, etc.) and mechanical parts (enclosures, plastic molding, metal fabrication, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and manufacturers — both domestic and international.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the Design, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to align sourcing strategies with product requirements.
• Develop and manage supplier scorecards; monitor performance on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through alternate sourcing, volume consolidation, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging vendors in the consumer electronics space.
• Ensure supplier compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
