Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Academic Counselor, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective and enrolled students in selecting appropriate courses, understanding career paths, and aligning academic goals with professional aspirations. This role involves providing career counseling, addressing individual educational needs, and maintaining regular communication with students to ensure their success and satisfaction. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with the education and admissions team to create personalized academic pathways for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in their educational and professional planning
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional and engaging manner
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to understand curriculum planning and student development
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and adaptability to cater to diverse student requirements
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases efficiently
• Relevant experience or training in educational counseling or similar fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
