Shift : 2-11 PM IST(flexible to extend beyond business hours during cut over and go-live)

Location : Chennai preferred / remote optional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Redwood RunMyJob Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundamental concepts in job scheduling and automation. The candidate will play a critical role in defining and managing process workflows, integrating SAP systems, configuring process servers and queues, and ensuring seamless scheduling and monitoring of tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and manage process definitions in Redwood RunMyJob to meet operational and business requirements.

Interact with customer and business stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide solutions

Strong experience in multiple RMJ migration projects and good knowledge of RMJ architecture and landscape.

Good experience in requirements gathering, design and providing solutions to the customer

Experience :

Should have extensive experience in understanding other workload automation tools and convert / map those requirements in RMJ.

Create reusable scripts and templates for automating and simplifying repetitive tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with business goals.

Document processes, code, and best practices for system maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Stay informed about the latest features and updates in Redwood RunMyJob to identify and implement system improvements.
