Experience :

9+ hands on experience on Devops.
Lead complex features (e.G., multi-stage release with contract tests, ephemeral envs);

own quality gates end-to-end.

Performance tune builds / deploys;

reduce flake;

add chaos / smoke and rollback automation.

Mentor juniors;

contribute ADRs and platform templates.

Must-have skills

Hands-on with GitHub Actions (composite actions, reusable workflows, environments, OIDC), and prior Azure / AWS / GCP DevOps pipelines (for migration).

Docker image build & hardening;

multi-stage builds;

SBOM generation.

Kubernetes administration (ingress, HPA, RBAC, NetworkPolicies) and packaging with Helm .

Terraform (modules, workspaces, state mgmt, policy-as-code basics).

Observability with Prometheus (recording rules, alerts) and Grafana (dashboards, alerting);

basic tracing concepts.

CI security : dependency / image / IaC scanning;

secrets management;

signing and provenance.

Git fundamentals : branch protections, trunk / PR workflows, code review best practices.

Nice-to-have

Service mesh, Canary / Argo Rollouts;

Testcontainers / WireMockin CI;

OPA / Conftest;

OpenTelemetry;

cost monitoring;

Azure / AWS cloud ops.

Payments / fintech exposure (secure data handling, audit logging, ISO 20022-aware test data).

Experience using GitHub Copilot effectively (prompt patterns, code review with AI, policy guardrails).
