Node.js Developer

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience with Node.js development. Proficient with JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming. Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms is a plus. Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing. Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams. Good problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (Express, Koa, NestJS).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end services.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in Node.js development.
