We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and well-spoken Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
You’ll be the voice of Bigtoe — helping potential customers book services, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling.
This is not a script-based call center job. You’ll be expected to think, understand our offerings, and genuinely help people book the right service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and texts from potential customers.
 - Guide them through service options, pricing, and help them complete bookings.
 - Follow up with warm leads, recover unbooked sessions, and close sales politely.
 - Support existing clients with reschedules, questions, and feedback.
 - Coordinate with operations when needed to ensure smooth fulfillment.
 - Maintain CRM notes and communicate customer insights to the team.
 
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.Experience in customer support or inside sales (preferably US-based clients).Comfortable working night / evening hours (US time zones).Confident, empathetic, and able to think on your feet.Tech-savvy and comfortable using chat, CRM, and web-based tools.
