System Analyst – RFI / RFP Response Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical System Analyst with a strong background in IT solutions and enterprise systems to join our fast growing team. This role is instrumental in supporting the sales and business development functions by leading and preparing comprehensive, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other customer questionnaires. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, working closely with product managers, engineering, compliance, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

RFI / RFP Management :

• Analyze RFI / RFP documents to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of crafting compelling, compliant, and customized responses.
• Gather, synthesize, and format content from various internal sources to construct accurate and persuasive proposals.
