We’re on a mission to bring quality education and the right opportunities to students from tier 2 and tier 3 engineering colleges. With a dedicated team of 60+ members, we’re working hard to make this vision a reality—and now, we’re looking for a star performer to join us as a HR and Community Intern!

About the Role :

We are looking for a HR and Community Intern who has prior experience in recruitment and marketing and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role blends human resources , community engagement , and event coordination , offering hands-on exposure to both people management and operational excellence.

You’ll play a key role in driving HR activities, managing student communities, and ensuring engaging experiences for both employees and students.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate and execute the Campus Ambassador Program across colleges.
  • Conduct testimonial and feedback calls with students to gather insights and success stories.
  • Take ownership of event management for employee engagement activities and internal celebrations.
  • Work towards student activation initiatives to increase participation and engagement.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations , documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in planning and executing community and HR initiatives to build strong internal and external engagement.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in recruitment (internship or full-time).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools .
