Meta & Google Ads Expert – Fintech

Location : New Delhi | Experience : 4–6 years | Industry : Fintech / BFSI

We are a fintech platform redefining access to secured and unsecured loans for SMEs, business owners, and builders. We are looking for a Meta & Google Ads Expert to drive performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max) .

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns targeting borrowers, SMEs, CAs, and builders.
Manage CPL, CTR, ROAS, and loan conversion optimization .
Build and maintain pixels, conversion APIs, and tracking dashboards .
Ensure G2 verification and compliance with Meta & Google policies for financial services.
Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for integrated growth campaigns .
Conduct A / B testing for creatives, keywords, and audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly ROI reports .

Requirements :

4–6 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads, with at least 2 years in fintech / BFSI .

Proven experience in lead generation campaigns in regulated industries .

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics .

Knowledge of financial advertising restrictions and verification processes .

Strong analytical, optimization, and campaign management skills.

Preferred :

Experience with loan marketplaces, NBFCs, or digital lending platforms .

Multi-language targeting experience (English + regional).

SEO and organic growth knowledge to complement paid campaigns.
