Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and curious AI / ML Freshers to join our team. In this role you’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to help develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven features. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience working on prototypes and production-ready projects.

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models.

2.Support data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

3.Collaborate with senior developers and data scientists on research, experimentation, and model selection.

4.Implement algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and pattern recognition.

5.Contribute to prototypes and proof-of-concept AI / ML projects and help document results.

6.Participate in testing, model validation, and performance optimization.

7.Stay updated with the latest trends, papers, and tools in AI, ML, and deep learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Understanding of data analysis, probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Interest or exposure to Generative AI, advanced ML models, and deep learning architectures.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to explore modern AI frameworks and tools used in real-world applications.

Preferred (Good to Have)

1.Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in AI / ML, computer vision, NLP, or related areas.

2.Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI).

3.Familiarity with model deployment and MLOps basics (Docker, CI / CD, model serving).

4.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or GPU-based training workflows.

5Knowledge of domain-specific tools or datasets relevant to fintech, design analytics, or product analytics.
