We specialize in Design-Engineering, SITC Contracts, and Maintenance across diverse domains including Fire Protection, Water Mist, Utility Piping & Plumbing, ELV-IBMS, Security Surveillance, and LT-HT Electrical Turnkey Projects.

Role Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and procure materials / services as per project needs
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
• Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
• Track and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations
• Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
• Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
