Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Headmistress at the Little Kingdom School, Adhartal Branch, located in Jabalpur. The Headmistress will oversee day-to-day school management, promote a positive learning environment, ensure smooth implementation of curriculum, and lead staff professional development. Other responsibilities include fostering effective communication among students, staff, and parents, as well as ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage teams and mentor staff effectively

Familiarity with administrative duties and requirements in the education sector

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a relevant field is preferred

Experience in school management or a similar leadership role is beneficial
