We are searching for an experienced and creative UI / UX Designer with 4–5 years of expertise and a strong, demonstrable portfolio. The ideal candidate will design intuitive and visually impactful digital interfaces, collaborating across disciplines to deliver outstanding user experiences. A portfolio of relevant work is essential for application.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to define and refine project goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction
Create process flows, sitemaps, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas
Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to visual branding guidelines
Address and resolve UX challenges by continuously refining layouts and workflows based on data and feedback
Work alongside developers to ensure accurate and effective design implementation
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UI / UX design.
Document and present design solutions to stakeholders and implement feedback constructively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

4–5 years of professional UI / UX design experience.

Proven ability to deliver projects with a strong, user-centred focus.

Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of responsive design, user research methods, usability testing, and interaction design principles.

Working knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design ideas clearly and concisely.

Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, and attention to visual detail.

Portfolio of completed UX / UI projects must be submitted with the application.
